The Extreme Makeover is saving my life!

“I believe that the Extreme Makeover is saving my life.” “I was first introduced to Dr. Dan through a friend who invited me to the clinic on Molds and Toxins. As a realtor, I am always in and out of musty vacant homes and thought I might pick up a few tips on keeping myself safe. Little did I know that I was to receive a complete exam and full follow-up. I hadn’t mentioned anything about past medical history but it spoke for itself on the x-rays and nerve scans. I didn’t have to say anything about my daily morning headaches or my L5-S1 ruptured disc that has been a problem from all those years ago. My headaches stopped immediately with my first adjustment!!!
I started my visits with Dr Dan about the same time that we started the Extreme Makeover. I had already decided to dive into the Makeover whole heartedly. I’ve been working with a trainer for the past 11 months. I was happy with the weight loss and gain in lean muscle, but my weight loss hit a plateau for about 4 months ago and nothing changed that darn scale. I did as Dr Dan suggested, remove all sugar and added God oil to my diet. In the first 2 weeks I lost 3 lbs. Not a lot, but it cemented my belief in the Healing Diet.
Now the big stuff – I contracted Viral Meningitis 15 years ago. Believe it or not it took the doctors months to come up with a diagnosis. First diagnosis was stroke as I lost all my speech, full face paralysis, short term memory, fine movements (I could no longer write), could barely walk, and a horrible headache that took about 6 months to go away. Then they thought it might be Multiple Sclerosis and finally they decided on viral meningitis. I was given the strongest anti-viral medication available at the time. These were the same drugs given to aids patients. The doctors’ greatest worry was that they were destroying my liver. Believe it or not, I was prescribed these anti-viral drugs for about 5 years!!! I have suffered many long lasting effects from the virus’s damage – even to this day. Inability to sleep, loss of feeling in the bladder, loss of gag reflex, severe anxiousness, and the feeling that the volcano that lived inside my chest would blow up at any time. Naturally, the doctors prescribed their favorite medicine at the time, Paxil. Believe it or not I have been taking this poison for 14 years. When I tried to withdraw, the side effects seemed to be worse than the poison. That is until Dr Dan came along with his wonderful “Extreme Makeover II”. Like I said before, I jumped into this with both feet. Not only did I start the God food diet but I stopped taking the Paxil. Yes, I am having some of the withdrawl symptoms that I previously suffered, but I am not getting the debilitating headaches that always happen with withdrawl from this medication. I believe that the Extreme Makeover is saving my life. I am now eating God healthy foods, I have increased the God fat in my diet and see Dr. Dan regularly. Believe it or not, I contracted the Viral Meningitis while working in the Operating room as a Certified Surgical Technologist/First Assistant. I was the person standing across from the surgeons assisting them while they were performing surgery. Needless to say, after 10 years working in the Operating Room, I am now as far away from that profession as I can get. Never did the doctors EVER look at my diet or try to help in any way other than with pharmaceuticals. When you listen to Dr Dan, getting and keeping yourself healthy sounds so obvious and easy to do. Why couldn’t I have heard this 15 + years ago and save myself from the misery and poisoning?Thank you Dr Dan for all that you do. (A VERY HAPPY YFCC PATIENT!)

Bye Bye Cancer

Clinical case #1: James, a 55 year old male, entered Yachter Family Chiropractic Center on Thursday, June 19th 2008. Prior to entering the clinic, James had been taking chemotherapy treatments for his liver cancer. Upon starting care at our Clinic, he made the decision to stop his chemotherapy and to begin applying Maximized Living principles to regain his health naturally.
Clinical procedure: The main course of care included spinal adjustments to remove his subluxations (bones out of place which were crushing his spinal cord, blocking his brain-body connection, weakening his immune system, thus allowing cancerous cells to flourish in his body, primarily his liver.

The reason why our medical system (very similar to our country’s financial system) is the #1 cause of death is because it never gets to the CAUSE. Chasing symptoms and disease is like chasing the wind. Artificially manipulating cholesterol, blood pressure, anxiety, depression, pain, fevers, blood sugar, thyroid function, or cutting out a cancerous tumor is like driving down the road speeding at 100 m.p.h. while you’re pushing the odometer down to 40 m.p.h. You’re still driving 100m.p.h. but you now have artificially made yourself believe you’re doing 40. Masking & covering up symptoms works the same way. While you’re lowering cholesterol and blood pressure (effects), the cause gets ignored, while your body is slowly dying. There’s no question that our country appears to be in financial straits. Overspending, money mismanagement, and greed have all certainly undermined a once healthy American economy. One can be sure that when basic principles of good financial stewardship are ignored for short term gain, tragedy will soon be looming. Law is law. If you violate basic economic principles, there will always be a price to pay.

A healthy body is achieved in much the same way as a healthy individual or national financial portfolio. There are no shortcuts. If you violate natural law, you lose. If you shortcut the bodies natural immune system development (burning fevers, coughing, sneezing, diarrhea, vomiting, shivering, etc.) for short term comfort (ie. ‘cold’ medications), you lose. The immune system will not develop properly, the nerve system becomes drained of life-force & organs weaken; now set up for sickness, disease, & early death. Try to lower cholesterol levels with a drug shortcut…you will lose by paying dearly with life threatening side-effects. The same applies to short term patch fixes with blood pressure medications, pain relievers, antidepressants, acid-reflux medications, thyroid drugs, weight loss drugs, heart stints, etc.; all short-term fixes with devastating long-term consequences. You’ll eventually find yourself in health bankruptcy court. You cannot fool a nation into thinking that it’s financially healthy by borrowing more money. And you certainly cannot fool your body into thinking that it’s healthy by removing symptoms or cutting out organs.

Just like the financial institutions of our country have enslaved Americans with crazy mortgages and high credit card debt, so have the pharmaceutical companies caused devastating long-term damage to the health of our nation. Big Pharma is slowly doing what the financial institutions have already achieved. They have literally destroyed the health of our nation by selling quick fix solutions for billions of dollars in profit. Big Pharma has been ultra-successful in shackling the American psyche. They have been masterful in getting them to believe that quick fix drug therapy is the solution to their health problems. Is it any wonder that the United States of America has consistently been ranked as the sickest & fattest industrialized nation in the world?

It’s interesting to note that while visiting Paris last week, I had a conversation with an American heart doctor and his wife. I explained that the newest research has shown that fish oil works better at preventing heart attacks and death from heart attacks than the statin drugs used to lower cholesterol. I was curious to know what they thought of this research since part of the heart doctor’s job is prescribing cholesterol lowering drugs. Their answer was both interesting and scary. They responded by admitting the research was true, but their sentiment: you’ll never get people to eat fish or take fish oil supplements regularly. Well, my thought was maybe their choices would be different if American citizens were educated about the benefits of fish oil/fish instead of seeing billions of dollars worth of pharmaceutical commercials educating them on drugs. You have to realize that drug companies are banking on the fact that Americans remain stupid, lazy, and uninformed and continue to take their drugs. They are not interested in empowering people to make better healthcare decisions for themselves and their families. There are just like the thousands of financial institutions who were banking on the public being naïve and uninformed when it came to their homes, cars, credit cards, and investments. “Just do what we tell you to do,” is their montra. Big Pharma is threatened by independent, free-thinking humans who control their own destinys (ie. fish oil supplements). They’re threatened by intelligence and empowered thinking. They seek to control and steer the destiny and direction of human health for their own monetary benefit.

Thank God there is a better way! Living a Maximized Living lifestyle is God’s way. No shortcuts! All it takes is making daily deposits into your health investment account.
