Part II: “I’m Free”
VICTORY REPORT: This past week 2 more YFCC patients were able to discontinue use of their high blood pressure medication. One of them is a man in his mid-forties with the blood pressure of 130/80 before coming off of the medication. He is truly free. And his family is happy to have returned a drug-free, healthy husband & father.
The side effects of blood pressure/hypertension medications:
So many hypertension patients stop taking their medications, mainly because they can’t stand the side effects. This is especially true for men who cannot tolerate the loss of libido or the impotence associated with a number of these drugs. And the same goes for women. These patients are equally concerned with the extreme fatigue that is a characteristic side effect with many of these drugs. One popular medication known as doxazosin (Cardura™) has caused heart muscle death and scar tissue formation in experiments on animals, according to the Physicians Desk Reference. And that’s a frightening prospect if you have heart disease coupled with hypertension (high blood pressure). Other symptoms associated with high blood pressure drugs include: shortness of breath, dizziness, flu-like symptoms, arrhythmia, severe depression progressing to catatonia, disorientation, memory loss, liver failure, esophagitis, fatal angioedema and even agranulocytosis, another potentially fatal disorder.
In contrast, it has been shown that weight loss, dietary changes, nerve system/wellness chiropractic care and a few select supplements can be significantly more effective in treating hypertension - and these methods create virtually no side effects, especially deadly ones! You might be shocked to know that the medical profession even admits this to be true - but never in public. (excerpt taken from Dr. Russ Blaylock wellness report
Other interesting tidbits:
· Angioplasty may cause heart attacks
· Drug-coated heart stents double death risk...3 new studies reveal that drug-coated stents block the creation of new blood vessels that naturally bypass blocked arteries, raise the risk of potentially fatal blood clots and more than double the risk of heart attack or death (from mutli-center study published in the New England Journal of Medicine)
· Bypass surgery twice as deadly as heart disease….while the in-house death rate for bypass has dropped to 2.2%, the annual mortality rate for patients with non-invasive methods has fallen below 1%---meaning surgery is twice as deadly as heart disease.
· Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery: Researchers prove beyond a doubt that the operation may provide benefit in only 20% of cases. 500,000 bypass surgeries are performed in the US every single year. FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND of those painful, dangerous, and life-altering operations leave 40% of their victims with irreversible dementia and memory loss.
“The fact is that medical experts admit they don’t have a clue why 90% of people suffer from what is known as "essential hypertension," which is merely "persistent and pathological high blood pressure for which no specific cause can be found."But while most physicians remain clueless, busily handing out prescriptions as if they were candy, medical science has accumulated some important details about the origin of the disease. Experts agree that, as is the case with most other diseases, excessive accumulation of free radicals and lipid peroxidation products (diets high in white sugar and trans-fats or hydrogenated fats) is a central cause of hypertension (high levels of inflammation). We are also aware that certain clusters of neurons in the brain stem control blood pressure, and when they are disrupted, blood pressure can rise uncontrollably
***Brain blamed for high blood pressure
http://news.scotsman.com/health.cfm?id=577672007 High blood pressure is caused by the brain and not the heart, according to a new report which could lead to a radical change in the way the problem is treated. High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, now affects one in four adults in the UK and one in three in Scotland. Globally, around 600 million people suffer from hypertension, which can lead to heart attacks, strokes, and kidney damage. In Scotland, four in 10 strokes are caused by high blood pressure, according to the Stroke Association, and the latest NHS figures showed that 12,800 people died in 2003 because of the condition. For centuries it has been believed that hypertension is linked to the heart but now that opinion is being challenged. Paton said: "Our interests lie in brainstem, or lower part of the brain, and control of blood pressure. We have found evidence that the brainstem is involved in changes over longer timescales. "In hypertensive people there would appear to be an excessive amount of activity in the nerves which connect the brain to the heart and blood vessels causing blood pressure to rise."
Nerve Supply, the brainstem and blood pressure study:
***Special 'Atlas Adjustment' Lowers Blood Pressure Better Than 2 Blood Pressure Medications Combined! "This procedure has the effect of not one, but two blood-pressure medications given in combination," study leader George Bakris, MD, tells WebMD. "And we saw no side effects and no problems," adds Bakris, director of the University of Chicago hypertension center. If you know anybody taking these potentially deadly heart medications, then it is your moral and ethical responsibility to let them know about the nerve system and its involvement in lowering high blood pressure, NATURALLY---with NO SIDE EFFECTS. Who do you know that must have their nerve system checked immediately? Wednesday, June 4th begins our life altering event, The Maximized Living Makeover in Lake Helen. Call the office @ 407-333-2277 to register. June 16th is our Father’s Day Patient Appreciation Day. Send all of your loved ones in to have their nerve systems evaluated at our expense. Also, sign up for our Maximized Brain 3 week workshop series starting this Saturday, June 14th, 11:30am, @ YFCC.
