Level 2 patient: referring others in, filling out consult cards on a regular basis, bringing people to community dinners, bringing friends and family to the extreme makeover, have attended workshops regularly, have had all family members checked
Level 3 patient: Member of run/walk club, member of online membership site, attending special speaker workshops, forwarding e-mails to friends and family around the world, handing out newsletters, listening to radio show, evaluated by our detoxification department, attending pot luck dinners, achieving great nerve system/spinal correction.

Phase 5 - This patient has been to multiple EMO events, workshops, starting to volunteer at events, have referred up to 30 new patients, these patients are writing their own newsletters, writing letters to their congress people complaining about the medical system and not enough access to chiropractic care, protesting vaccines, e-mailing 10 times/day begging me to work harder, leading the run/walk club, spinal screening for us, regularly referring loved ones to other Maximized Living/affiliate offices throughout North America. These patients have totally taken up the Maximized Living mission as their own and are fervently spreading our message of hope, health, and healing to every human being in which they come into contact
